Cancellations made 4 weeks or more in advance will receive a full refund minus the $50 deposit. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the retreat will not be refunded. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in and check-out times must be strictly adhered to. Please do not arrive early for the weekend, as II will not be able to accommodate you until check-in time. I ask that all supplies and gear be packed and out of the cropping area by the check-out time. Check-In time is 10:00 am Friday (or Thursday for 4-day retreats) and Check-Out is 4:00 pm Sunday.
The cropping area will be available to your use 24 hours a day from check-in until check-out.
Deposits and Balance Due
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration. Deposits are not transferable to another retreat date. NO reservations will be held with out a deposit.
All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If balance is not received, your reservation may be cancelled with no refund of the deposit.
A $30.00 fee will be charged for returned checks (as that is what my bank charges me).
Scrap Happens Retreats respects your privacy. I will not sell, rent, loan or transfer any personal information regarding my customers to any unrelated third parties. Any information you give me about yourself is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
Refunds are only given when Scrap Happens Retreats cancels a retreat for unforeseen reasons and no other arrangements can be made.
Special Dietary Needs:
If there are certain foods you require such as special diets, you will need to bring them with you.
